With over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in payments, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and digital identity, Rachel Jolicoeur is a recognized authority in protecting consumers and financial institutions from evolving threats.
Rachel has held influential roles at BMO and Interac and now serves as Director of Customer Protection and Industry Engagement within Global Fraud Management at Scotiabank. In this role, she leads national fraud education initiatives, builds strategic industry partnerships, and drives efforts to reduce fraud losses while enhancing customer and institutional safety.
A trusted subject matter expert and trained media spokesperson, Rachel also plays a key role in supporting public awareness and media engagement related to fraud and scams.
