Membership

Membership Distinctions

Our membership accommodates a wide range of treasury professionals including representatives from mid-market to large corporations, crown corporations, banks, finance and trust companies, software vendors, management consultants and government organizations primarily in the Vancouver area.

Membership to AFP Vancouver is on an individual basis and runs on the calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). The current fee is $150.00 for members within the Lower Mainland and $50 members outside of the Lower Mainland. We also offer a student membership for $50 available to university students registered full-time in a financial related curriculum (proof of enrollment required).

AFP Vancouver has Regular and Associate memberships. A Regular member has full voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting or any Extraordinary Meetings that may be held. An Associate Member does not have voting privileges. Organizations are not limited on the number of members they may have, but they are limited to three (3) Regular members. Assignment of Regular versus Associate membership is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

While AFP Vancouver is a partner organization with Association for Financial Professionals® (AFP), our membership fees are separate and membership in AFP Vancouver does not entitle you to the member rates of AFP.
